My Story
Hi, I’m Behrouz.
For the last 15 years, I have been building software systems, leading engineering teams, and helping companies solve complex technical problems.
During that time, I noticed something important.
Most companies do not have a technology problem.
They have a productivity problem.
Skilled people spend too much time on repetitive work, disconnected tools, slow development workflows, manual reporting, unclear processes, and operational friction.
Today, AI gives companies a real opportunity to fix some of these problems, but only when it is applied carefully and practically.
That is why I started BrighterWorks Labs. Not to sell AI for the sake of AI. But to help companies work smarter.
How I Help
We have an idea and need to build a product.
We want to use AI but don’t know where to start.
Our engineering team is struggling with delivery speed.
We think we’re wasting money in AWS.
We need a technical second opinion.
We have too many manual processes.
We need a senior technology leader without hiring one full-time.
What I Do
Turn ideas into working products.
Help teams move faster and deliver better.
Use AI where it creates measurable value.
Build reliable and cost-efficient systems.
Independent technical leadership.
Former Engineering Manager support for founders who need direction, not just code.
A Different Conversation
You need someone who can help answer questions like:
Are we building the right thing?
Is our architecture heading in the right direction?
How should we use AI?
Why is delivery slowing down?
Are we wasting money in AWS?
What should we automate first?
That’s a very different conversation.
You may not know exactly what solution you need yet. That is normal. Most useful projects start with a simple business problem.
“
“We spend too much time on repetitive manual work.”
“
“Our engineering team is moving slower than we want.”
“
“We want to use AI, but we do not know where to start.”
“
“Our tools and processes are disconnected.”
“
“Our cloud setup became expensive and difficult to manage.”
“
“We need someone technical to review our architecture and direction.”

AI Tutor
Leadership Consultant
We talk about your business, your team, your workflows, and where time or money is being wasted.
I identify where AI, automation, cloud improvement, or engineering changes could create real value.
We start with one clear problem, build or improve what is needed, and measure the result.
Notes on AI adoption, automation, engineering productivity, cloud systems, and smarter ways of working.
Delaying modernization carries its own cost. Lost productivity, frustrated employees, and slower innovation compound quietly over time, often outweighing the investment required to fix the problem.
AI is not replacing entire departments. It is exposing the inefficiencies companies have tolerated for years. The teams that win target bottlenecks, not jobs.
Most AI initiatives fail not because the technology is bad, but because companies buy tools before understanding problems. A look at why AI adoption stalls and what the companies that win do differently.
No sales pitch. No complicated process. Just a practical conversation about where AI, automation, engineering, or cloud improvements could help your business.
